MARK KEURIAN has been practicing law since 2008. He practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and also serves as counsel to boards of various organizations.

“Board members may not always agree on a course of action. It’s important to create a climate where people are prepared to listen to positions different than their own.”
In his own words:
“I like the challenge of helping to find a winning strategy in litigated matters. Helping organizational boards to find and agree on solutions to their problems is another facet of what I do and equally gratifying.
“Working for organizations and not-for-profits need requires a balance between promoting the organizational mission and remaining open to the ideas of individual board members. Growing up in a large extended family household taught me that this task calls for a combination of strength and conviction coupled with politeness and professionalism.”
